This course offers students the solid foundation to enter the tourism industry, particularly in the retail travel area. Employment opportunities include plum jobs in travel agencies, airlines, car rental organisations, tour wholesale tour companies, shipping or cruise lines, convention or exhibition centers, market planning, advertising and promotions, product development, brochure production, tour planning, local government and a whole lot more.

Students have complete at least SACE stage 1 (or year 11 equivalent). They should have fluency in written and spoken English. They must have minimum recommended level is a TOEFL score of 500 or IELTS score of 5.5 to enable students to satisfactorily undertake a course.
