This campus provides teaching facilities for a number of postgraduate Health Sciences and Law and Management courses and is home to several research centres. Its central location means easy access to a wide range of restaurants, cafes and commercial services, and it is well served by public transport. The City campus also offers conference and event venue opportunities to local businesses and organisations. The nearest train station is Flagstaff station, on the corner of La Trobe and William Streets. Alternatively, Melbourne Central station is situated within the newly developed Melbourne Central shopping centre, on the corner of La Trobe and Elizabeth Streets. From both these stations it is then a short walk to the campus near the corner of Franklin and Queen Streets.

This is the University's main campus. Students from over 90 countries live and study in the beautiful bushland setting. The atmosphere is vibrant and friendly and is only 14 km from Melbourne's city centre. This 330 hectare campus, northeast of Melbourne's city centre, includes a world-renowned library, research and development park, restaurants and shops, sports facilities, an art museum, residential colleges, entertainment venues, and the Melbourne Wildlife Sanctuary. Life in residence gives students a unique opportunity for intellectual, social and personal development in a safe and dynamic residential community. This campus has three residential colleges, two residential halls and two residential apartments. Residential colleges and halls are Self Catered (students prepare and cook food on their own) and have single bedrooms with shared bathrooms and kitchen. Residential halls Serviced by the campus bus. Residential apartments have fully furnished lounge, bedrooms and kitchen. They are ideal for families with children and married couples. They are serviced by the campus bus and are a short walk to central campus.
